We have investigated whats involved in leasing and syndication and have

decided at this stage that leasing is a simpler process. The principles we have implemented are

* The horses leased will be fillies.

* Rayngold will retain a 30% to 50% interest as one of the leasees.

* Horses race in Rayngolds green and red racing colours.

* The lease period will normally conclude at the end of the mares 4yr old

year.

* The remaining leasees will each hold a 10% interest in the ownership.

* There is no sale option at the end of the lease. It is our intention to bred

the mares at the end of their racing careers.

     Our aim is to assist first time owners to become involved in harness

racing on a small scale with no initial outlay and a minimal monthly cost.

Friends and acquaintances will also be invited.

     It is hoped that sufficient prizemoney will be earned to offfset the leasees

costs. The thrill of being involved in racing as an owner and being in the

winners circle, not to mention the bragging rights should keep the owners

more than interested.

    Updates and information will be available on the web site and get

togethers at the races will all add to the pleasure of being an owner of a

Rayngold horse.
